A group trip is easier to arrange when every service has a defined role. Your agency may already have transport and need a guide at the destination. You may have the guide and still need a coach. Or you may want both arranged together. Mundo a Passeio handles requests from private groups and travel agencies, consults its partner network and prepares a proposal subject to the itinerary and availability.
Start by describing what the group will do, when it will travel and who is responsible for each stage. A coach photograph does not establish what vehicle is available, and a guide should not be assumed to accompany every part of the journey. A clear brief lets the agency assess a workable arrangement.

Identify the missing part of your itinerary
For transport only, give the pickup points, journeys at the destination, passenger count, luggage and preferred times. Say whether the vehicle must wait during a visit or return later to collect the group. Those are different operating requirements.
For guide services only, explain where and for how long you need the professional. Accompanying the journey, guiding visits at the destination and working during limited periods are different requests. The proposed guide and written scope should match the activity.
For both services, provide one programme. A morning visit, for example, depends on departure time, travel time and the meeting point with the guide. One brief helps coordinate those stages. Transport and guiding should still be identifiable in the proposal. Accommodation, meals and admission tickets are included only when explicitly stated.
What to include in your request
You can start before every detail is final. Share:
- departure point, destination, stops and proposed pickup locations;
- dates, departure and return times, and planned activities;
- estimated passenger numbers, luggage and accessibility needs;
- whether you need transport, a guide or both;
- when the coach and guide must be available;
- the organiser's contact and the person authorised to approve changes.
Mark undecided details as estimates. That keeps a preliminary option from being presented to passengers as a confirmed booking. If the programme changes, request a revised proposal: an additional stop or a different time can change the arrangements.
Nationwide network, confirmed case by case
Mundo a Passeio arranges services through partners for trips in different regions of Brazil. Guatambu Travel is part of this collaboration. Service for a particular place or route depends on checking dates, professionals, vehicles, the route and local conditions. The proposal should say who coordinates the booking and who provides each service.
If you are a travel agency, state what you have already booked and what you want to add. Agree who contacts the organiser, who shares times with passengers and who can authorise changes during the trip. Commercial terms are settled for each request.
Review the scope before booking
Check routes, visits, times, confirmed vehicle features, the guide's working periods, included expenses and charges paid separately. Ask for payment, change and cancellation terms. A combined proposal is useful only when each part can be checked.
For interstate or international charter road transport within Brazil, consult ANTT's official guidance and ask for the responsible operator's details. Brazil's Ministry of Tourism guide registration service explains technical training and Cadastur registration requirements. Ask for the proposed guide's details. Documentation must be checked for the actual booking; the archive photo does not establish it.
Send us your plan
Tell Mundo a Passeio what is already arranged and what remains. Explore coach charter services or tour guide services. Share the departure point, destination, dates, group size and service periods so the team can assess a proposal for your itinerary.
